Hi, I’m Jeanne — the heart and hands behind Rosewood Elegance.
My journey began when my daughter was getting married, and I discovered sola wood flowers: beautiful, sustainable blooms that never fade. Creating her wedding florals was my very first project, and I instantly fell in love with the art of designing pieces that are not only meaningful, but also lasting.
What started as a labor of love has since blossomed into a home-based business in Central Virginia. Today, I create handcrafted arrangements for couples and families who want something truly special—florals that tell their story with elegance that endures long after the celebration.
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll often find me at local craft markets—sometimes as a vendor, sometimes as a shopper—where I love connecting with fellow makers and sharing my work face-to-face. I also enjoy exploring the area’s beautiful wineries with my husband of more than 30 years, always finding inspiration for future designs. At home, our two dogs keep life lively: Diesel, our gentle Black Lab/Great Dane mix, and Chopper (affectionately known as Pork Chop), our spirited French Bulldog.
Every arrangement I create carries a bit of my heart, a love for timeless design, and a promise of everlasting elegance.
